Brad Ford founded Brentwood Capital Solutions as an equipment leasing brokerage in 2005 for the specific purpose of providing affordable financing for HOA’s needing street lighting in newly developed neighborhoods all around the greater Indianapolis area. 

Over the years, the business has evolved into a specialty in Municipal Financing for a wide array of equipment, including LED lighting, 911 systems, security integration systems, and even surgical tables.

Life and Interests

Brad and his wife, Abby, reside in downtown Columbus, IN with their two little rescue dogs (Duffy Moon and Cornchips).

Brad is a fan of local sports teams (Colts, Pacers, IU basketball, Notre Dame football), but most of all he was raised by his dad as an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves.

Brad enjoys a good craft beer, and lives within walking distance of three local craft breweries.

Brad is a member and supporter of Connection Pointe Christian Church in Brownsburg, IN, and he and Abby also enjoy supporting local animal rescue projects.
